Reach Out to SDV Staff: For personalized support, you can always contact a SDV staff member. They are available to listen, provide advice, and direct you to resources as needed.

Ongoing Support After Transitions
After a service dog has been placed with a client or moved to a different program, volunteers may experience feelings of loss or emptiness. We provide continued support to ensure you're not alone during these times:

A SDV staff member will follow up with you to discuss any feelings you’re experiencing and offer resources to help you navigate this emotional transition.Continued Involvement Opportunities
